Warranty and Return Policy

Warranty

AGI Group, Inc warrants its shutters against any manufacturing defect in construction for 5 years. Warranty covers the raw shutter; it does not cover any cost incurred in finishing, installation of the shutter loss of use etc.

For Warranty to be valid, the customer must request a return authorization for the defective goods via email, CustomerService@agigroup.com or phone 1-888-795-9441. The product must be returned prepaid to AGI Group as outlined in the return authorization.

AGI Group, after inspection of the damage and acceptance of the faulty construction will provide a replacement set of shutters. Under no conditions will a credit be issued for any warranty claim.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted with a 15% restocking charge. To return any goods a customer must request a return authorization for the goods via email, CustomerService@agigroup.com or phone 1-888-795-9441.

The product must be returned prepaid to AGI Group as outlined in the return authorization.
All returned goods must be in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
