All custom-made interior shutters are warranted for at least one year for materials and workmanship.

Each of our vendors provide their own limited warranty from one year to lifetime. You may request a copy of a warranty via email to our customer service department.

Installation errors or damage during installation is not covered as well as abuse or misuse of the product.

In no event shall AGI Group, Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from the sale or use of the product. This disclaimer applies both during and after the term of this warranty.

This warranty and all other terms and conditions will be interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida in the United States of America.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Should you have a warranty claim, send the claim information including the original order number to Customer Service, AGI Group, Inc., 1550 Global Court, Sarasota, FL 34240 or E-Mail Customer Service.

Custom made products ordered from AGI Group cannot be cancelled or returned for credit as they are manufactured specifically for you and are not resalable.

In the event a warranty return is necessary a customer service representative will issue a Return Authorization Number. The product must be packed properly for shipment and shipped prepaid to Customer Service, AGI Group, Inc., 1550 Global Court, Sarasota, FL 34240. The return authorization number must be prominently displayed on the outside of the package. AGI Group, Inc. will not accept returns without a Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the shipment. AGI Group, Inc. will not be responsible for packing, shipping cost or damage during shipment for any returned merchandise.

Note: Warranty returns are rare and occur in most cases during the first 90 days of use. Please check your delivery over carefully during installation for any possible warranty issues. We are very interested in delivering your order in the best possible condition. If you have a problem we will work to resolve it to your satisfaction promptly.
