I just wanted to thank you for all your help in ordering my shutters and tell you how happy I am with them. They arrived much sooner than I expected and were in perfect shape with no missing parts. I was somewhat hesitant ordering online as I wasn't sure what the quality would be like and I saw some pretty bad shutters in a couple of stores. The quality was as good or better than some shutters I saw which cost a lot more money. The frame was a snap to put together with all the screw holes pre-drilled. I've included a picture of the installation. Scott, thanks again for all your help and for such a quality product. I'm sure to call you again when I'm ready to do the rest of my house.

WOW- my new shutters are beautiful! When I get them installed I will send you a before and after picture of my room- right now I just have them propped up against the window- they fit great and I love what they add to the room!!
