Dear Scott,

As you indicated, the shutters arrived at the end of the third week in March. They arrived in the morning and my wife was excited. By that afternoon, the shutters were hung and my wife was ecstatic.

I would like to compliment all of you who had a part in the manufacture of our shutters. The quality, workmanship, paint finish, ease of assembly, ease of mounting, flawless movement, and aesthetic appeal are all qualities of your fine product. It is apparent that from the order placement to the finished product you listen to your customers.
