Important Notices

• Due to the nature of our weaves, tones and colors may vary from the sample book. Small stretching and twisting is inherent in our crafted natural woven woods.
  
  
• On natural fiber weaves (Uxmal, Sayil, coba, Itzamal , Coba, Copan, Chaltun, Telchan, Tulum) sun exposure may cause faster discoloration.
  
  
• Distinctive grains and color variations can affect the staining process of the reeds and slats of the Nogal patterns which include: Bombay Avellana Nogal, Bombay Nogal, Ceilan Nogal, Curazao Nogal, Guanajuato Nogal, Japon Nogal, Japon Nogal Beige and Tahiti Nogal. Over time, with frequent handling and the effects of sunlight, humidity, and moisture, the natural solvents of the stain may gradually fade. This is most apparent in sample books that are used regularly.
  
  
• We recommend ordering at the same time all the shades that might be installed together, since tones and colors may vary from order to order due to the nature of the natural materials.
  
  
• Material warping is sometimes inevitable. This can be easily solved by twisting the installed shade in the opposite direction of warp to correct any small differences.
  
  
• Lift cords on Rollease systems might lose their adjustment during shipping and handling. They can be adjusted easily by moving the cord clips on the Rollease rods.
  
  
• Crooked material might result from packing and shipping. These will correct themselves in most cases after installing shades and letting them hang for a few days.
  
  
• Keep children away from cords.
